POLLARD, ALLEN LEAD DOLPHINS PAST THE OAKS IN TCIS TOURNEY

Demetrius Pollard dropped in a game high 26 points to lead the Dolphins past Norfolk Collegiate last night in the first round of the TCIS tournament. Cape Henry opened up a 45-24 halftime advantage and never looked back from there, sealing the 22-point victory. Terrell Allen followed suit with a dominant 19 points and 19 rebounds, while George Radford dropped in 16 points as he continued his hot shooting (five 3-pointers). Cecil Ward (six points), Devon Hall (five), Connor LaFramboise (three), Mike Maroon (two) and Chris Campbell (one) rounded out the offense. The win sets the date for a rubber-match with Norfolk Academy tonight in Bulldog country (7pm). The Dolphins beat NA in their first game of the season, but the Bulldogs avenged that loss last week with a last second victory on their home court. Cape Henry hopes to take the season series tonight.
