Zeniya Trowell's three-point play in the final minute sealed a victory Tuesday for the host Dolphins (14-1, 1-1) in Tidewater Conference action.
The victors rallied from a 20-13 halftime deficit, led by freshman La'Bria Wilson's 11 points and six rebounds.
"We took our time and took better care of the ball in the second half," Cape Henry coach Richard Plank said. "Switching to a man-to-man defense in the final four minutes also helped us."
Cape Henry turnovers helped the Trojans from Williamsburg mount a 14-3 run in the second quarter.
