The Dolphins hit the pool on Friday night to take on three TCIS opponents, and once again they showcased their dominance. Cape Henry earned victories against Nansemond-Suffolk, Norfolk Christian and Norfolk Collegiate, and it did so by winning all but three events. Cape Henry took first place in the 200 Medley Relay (1:59.67), the 200 Freestyle Relay (1:46.78) and the 400 Freestyle Relay (4:06.78). In addition to the team victories, Keegan McLaughlin took first in the 200 Freestyle; Robert Knuth won in both the 100 Fly and the 100 Backstroke; Max Serpe won the 400 Freestyle; and Andrew Vice grabbed a win in the 100 Breaststroke. The wins improve the Dolphins to 14-3 as they head into the TCIS meet next week.

Cape Henry took on Nansemond-Suffolk, Norfolk Christian and Norfolk Collegiate on Friday night, and with two victories against its TCIS competition the Dolphins improved to 12-6 on the season. Cape Henry put forth a strong team effort, suffering its lone loss by just 17 points. Addie Cooper took first place in the 100 Breaststroke (1:25.56), and the Dolphins also earned a team victory in the 400 Freestyle Relay (4:37.01). Cape Henry sets its sites on the TCIS meet next week.
