WRESTLING FINISHES 21ST OUT OF 97;
WILL MASON EARNS NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP;
SAM LAW, MASON EARN ALL-AMERICAN HONORS FOR 2ND STRAIGHT YEAR

The Dolphins took three wrestlers to the Prep Nationals in Lehigh, PA this past weekend, and they finished 21st out of 97 teams competing. Scott Cunningham went 0-2, with his second loss coming in overtime. Sam Law went 6-1 in the 160 lb weight class, and finished in 3rd place overall. The 3rd place finish secured Law his second straight All-American finish. Will Mason, wrestling in the 103 lb weight class, completed the unthinkable: winning a NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP! Mason had a first round bye, and he blasted through his four matches with an unblemished record. He earned the national title with a 5-2 decision over his opponent from Blair Academy. Mason was awarded as an All-American for the second straight year.
